Yoga & Pilates for more
energy & ease, strength & flexibility
Feeling tired,
stressed, or uneasy?
If you answered yes, you are not alone. Modern life is full of stress and unending demands on our attention, body, and energy. This leads us to never stop striving, keep pushing — always do more.
Yoga is an antidote to this.
Explore this and much more in my 1-on-1 and group yoga classes that incorporate movement, breath, and mindfulness meditation to the degree that is right for you. (Sceptical about meditation? No problem!)
Let yoga help return you to greater feelings of calm, ease, flexibility, and strength in mind and body.

ABOUT YOU
Your story is different to my story but we all have something in life that we are working with.
For you this might be working with fatigue, stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, burnout, injury or physical imbalance.
Or maybe you are working towards something. You may want to be stronger or more flexible so you can run / hike / garden / play with your (grand)kids / [insert own ambition here]. Basically to live a fuller life, feel more at ease, and be more present through it all.
Yoga and Pilates are not magic silver bullets (if only!) but I have personally found that they both help me and my clients. I hope together we can explore and use the tools and practices of yoga & Pilates to help you get to where you want to go.

About me
I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years. After getting covid in March 2020 and developing long covid, complete with crushing fatigue, aches, brain fog, and much more, I turned to what I knew works: yoga.
Yoga was first a solace in my illness, then a way to calm and connect to my mind and body, and finally a tool to help me reintegrate and rehabilitate.
While I am still on this journey to recovery, my ambitions have grown as my yoga practice deepened. No longer do I want to simply return to where I was before: overworked, stressed, anxious. I want to be more present and to live more fully — and yoga is helping me get there.
I became a yoga teacher to share what I have learnt from my 20+ years of practicing yoga and to help others help themselves.
More recently, I started training in Pilates (I’m a STOTT PILATES Trained Instructor) for the amazing strength and stability it gave me in my personal practice.
